Three steps, no middleman, payment by bank transfer.
1. Add your task
In the Submit a Task form enter the task type, subject, deadline, number of pages and detailed instructions; attach files if any. No account is needed and the quote is free.
2. Approve the quote and pay by transfer
A clear quote reaches your inbox within 24 hours. If you approve, you receive your task code and bank details (IBAN) by email. Add the task code to the transfer reference and send the receipt as a reply to the quote email. Work starts once the payment arrives.
Payment plan: After you approve the task, a 50% upfront payment is made by bank transfer; the remaining 50% is paid on delivery. Our IBAN is never published on the site; it is sent to you privately after approval.
3. Receive your work
Your work is delivered to you by email by the deadline; all correspondence about the task runs under your task code. Anything that departs from your original instructions is revised free; additions outside the scope are quoted separately.
Payment and refunds
- Payment: bank transfer (EUR or TRY)
- Payment plan: 50% upfront on approval, remaining 50% on delivery
- No payment is requested before you approve the quote
- Cancellation before work starts: full refund
- Cancellation after work starts: deduction proportional to the completed part
